Hello and welcome to my on-line portfolio. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. When you work full time, it takes a long time to get a degree. Attending six classes a year isn't much.

I have been studying Web site design at Tulane University since 1999. In December of 2003 I received a Certificate in Web Site Development. Actually, in the fall of 1999 I took Introduction to Microcomputers. Although I had previously owned and worked on a DOS computer, the class taught me all about MS Windows. It was a great place to begin.

The summer of 2001 is when I started on the classes for the certificate. The following is a list of classes I took. Working with the Internet, which covered basic HTML.

That is when I developed my very first Web site, was hooked and eager to learn more. It was a three-page site about New Orleans, and no, I did not post it on this site.

In the fall of 2001 I took Introduction to Information Systems, which covered just about everything about computers. Basically, it taught me to be computer literate and competent. At that time I also took Internet Publishing. That class also covered HTML but delved deeper covering: frames, tables, forms, cascading style sheets, multimedia and JavaScript. Wow, I was having big fun!

Spring of 2002 I took Web site Development with JavaScript, pretty self-explanatory.
